The overnight stay costs EUR 750 per night if you are staying with 14 or fewer people. If you are staying with more than 14 people, each additional person costs an additional EUR 35 per night.

Children: From 12 years EUR 35, 6-12 years EUR 25, 3-6 years EUR 15,
0-3 years free (with baby cot EUR 15) per night.

Please specify the exact number of guests when booking. For reasons of fire protection, the number of overnight guests may not be exceeded under any circumstances (including small children up to 6 years of age).

 

The whole house is always rented for overnight stays.

 

Prices include towels and bed linen, heating, electricity and water costs and 7% VAT.

 

The minimum booking period is two nights. Bookings are generally possible from Monday to Wednesday, Wednesday to Friday or Friday to Sunday. At Easter, Pentecost, Christmas, New Year's Eve and public holidays, the minimum booking period is three nights.

The final cleaning costs an additional EUR 200 for an occupancy of up to 15 people and EUR 350 for an occupancy of more than 15 people.

“Cancellation conditions:

 

Cancellation fees are 50% of the rental price (= amount of deposit) in case of cancellation after firm booking. In case of cancellation later than three months before the booked arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental price. The reason for this is that most groups plan their stay more than three months in advance. Most bookings for the entire year are made in January or February.

 

If a cancellation is made (at any time), the cancelled date will be released for another booking under the regular terms and conditions. If the house can be re-rented for the cancelled date, the cancellation fee will be reduced to EUR 200 plus any reduction in income from the new rental compared to the cancelled rental.

 

We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.”
