The overnight stay costs EUR 855 per night if you are staying with 14 or fewer people. If you are staying with more than 14 people, each additional person costs an extra EUR 43 per night.
Children: From 12 years EUR 43, 6-12 years EUR 30, 3-6 years EUR 20, 0-3 years free (with cot EUR 20) per night.
Final cleaning for up to 14 people EUR 250, for 15-21 people EUR 310, for more than 21 people EUR 390.

 

Please specify the exact number of guests when booking. For fire safety reasons, the number of overnight guests may not exceed 30 under any circumstances (including infants up to 6 years of age).
The entire house is always rented for overnight stays.

Prices include towels and bed linen, heating, electricity and water costs, as well as 7% VAT. Charging costs for electric cars are charged separately. 

Discount for bringing your own bed linen and towels: EUR 8 per person/night. 

The minimum booking period is two nights. At Easter, Whitsun, Christmas, New Year's Eve and on public holidays, the minimum booking period is three nights.​

Arrival from 3 p.m., departure by 11 a.m. Other times are possible by arrangement and may incur an additional charge.

Well-behaved dogs that do not sleep on the sofa or in the beds are very welcome.​

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation fees for cancellations after a firm booking have been made are 50% of the rental price (equivalent to the deposit amount). For cancellations made less than three months before the booked arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental price. The reason for this is that most groups plan their stay more than three months in advance. Most bookings for the entire year are made in January or February.

In the event of cancellation (regardless of when), the cancelled date will be released for another booking under the regular terms and conditions. If the house can be re-let for the cancelled date, the cancellation fee will be reduced to EUR 200 plus any loss of income from the new letting compared to the cancelled letting.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
